Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: ETB 7,742 - 16,625 (depending on experience)

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial administration, accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing loan applications and conducting due diligence, including credit checks and financial analysis.
  • Negotiating loan terms and conditions with clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing loan portfolios, monitoring repayment schedules, and taking appropriate action to minimize delinquency rates.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

2. Security Service Supervisor

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: ETB 5,000 - 8,000 (depending on experience)

Experience: 3+ years of experience in security supervision, preferably in the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing security operations and personnel, ensuring the safety and security of employees, clients, and assets.
  • Developing and implementing security protocols, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent security breaches.
  • Conducting risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and clients by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents.
  • Supervising and training security personnel, ensuring they are well-equipped and knowledgeable about security procedures.
